About Us
Sustainable India Trust (SIT) was born in 2014 out of the need to bring together interdisciplinary scientific expertise for evidence-based national policies and international cooperation to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs). Our unique contribution has been to highlight the role of sustainable nutrient management and elemental cycles such as nitrogen, phosphorus etc. They span several UN-SDGs, but are rarely recognized or managed that way.
